Notion Integration – Sync Contacts and Companies to Notion Database

Enable a native integration that automatically creates and updates a Notion database with all Contacts and Companies from Rolodex. Each contact should be represented as a record in Notion, including key fields such as:

• Basic Info: Photo, First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company, Location, Country

• Contact Details: Email, Phone, LinkedIn, Facebook, Website

• Engagement: First Contacted, Last Contacted, Contact Strength (Low, Medium, High), Upcoming Birthday

• Organization: Lists, Tags, Custom Fields from Rolodex

• Collaboration: Team Connections (to see which team members have the strongest relationship with the contact)

• A hyperlink that opens the contact directly in the Rolodex web app for full details
